INSTRUCTIONS
1. Beat eggs slightly and add remaining ingredients.
2. Beat gently until combined. Batter will be sticky.
3. Push off batter from spoon into deep hot oil. Zeppole will turn over in pan by themselves.
4. Fry until golden brown and drain on paper towel.
5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
