INSTRUCTIONS
[Dough]
1. Soften butter and cream cheese and mix together, then add flour. Make one-inch balls from dough and place into mini cupcake pan. Flatten each ball in pan to make a cup.
[Filling]
2. Mix all ingredients together. Place a teaspoon of filling into each cup. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar Makes approximately 72 cups
