INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a medium bowl beat eggs, gradually adding sugar.
2. Beat until smooth.
3. Stir in butter and vanilla.
4. Stir in flour and baking powder, making a sticky batter (batter will get thicker with time).
5. Preheat waffle bowl maker.
6. Scoop 1-2 cup of batter and drop into the bottom grid.
7. Close the cover and bake until the waffle bowl is brown, about 3 - 3 /2 minutes.
8. Carefully remove the waffle bowl because it will be pliable.
9. Invert waffle bowl over upside down custard cup for 2 to 3 minutes to firm the bowl shape.
