INSTRUCTIONS
1. Fill a 6 quart pot about 2/3 full with water.
2. Simmer meat at least two hours till tender.
3. In the meantime cut up the vegetables and cook them all except the potatoes and the canned tomatoes.
4. Cut the potatoes in small chunks and cook 5. do not overcook.
6. Strain the meat and save the broth.
7. Cut up the meat and put it back in the cleaned pot.
8. Put the tomatoes and the sauce in the pot and cook for another half hour.
9. Add all the other vegetables and season to taste.
