INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 375°F
2. Flatten a generous serving of cookie dough onto small skillet
3. Put skillet(s) on rimmed baking tray
4. Put trays with skillets into oven
5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cookie is golden brown and mostly firm
6. Remove from oven
7. Scoop ice cream atop cookie and garnish with chocolate sauce
8. Carefully serve in individual skillets. (Very hot)
