INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 375°F
2. Mix stuffing ingredients
3. Cut squash in half, lengthwise
4. Scoop out seeds and some flesh from squash
5. Roll up logs of stuffing and pile into squash
6. Place filled squash in roasting pan
7. Add a little oil to bottom of roasting pan
8. Place in oven for 10 minutes
