The restaurant serves this sauce with their Steak Tips entree. On their last nigh of operation, before closing permanently, we asked for the recipe and this was provided.

INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Golden Raisins
1 Cup Honey
2 cup Beef Stock
4 cup Worcestershire
4 cup Soy
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
1 ½ cup Tomato Paste
1 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
5 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
2 Tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Red Onions (chopped coarse)
1/2 Cup Garlic Chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Sweat onions until translucent, add garlic halfway through sweating process.
Meanwhile mix other ingredients together and stir.
When onions and garlic are cooked, add mixture and bring to a boil.
