INSTRUCTIONS
1. You should have about 3 cups of cooked spaghetti.
2. Stir in margarine into hot spaghetti.
3. Stir in grated parmesan cheese and eggs.
4. Form spaghetti mixture into a "crust" in a buttered 10-inch pie plate.
5. Spread cottage cheese over bottom of spaghetti crust.
6. In skillet cook ground beef (or pork sausage), onion and green pepper until vegetables are tender and meat is browned.
7. Drain off excess fat.
8. Stir in undrained, cut up canned tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano, garlic and salt.
9. Heat through.
10. Turn meat mixture into spaghetti crust.
11. Bake, uncovered, in 350º oven for 20 minutes.
12. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese atop.
