2 cup fresh corn, or use canned
1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 cup chicken broth, or beef
1 (28 oz) can Tuttorosso San Marzano Style Peeled Pear Tomatoes, lightly crushed by hand
2 Tbsp cumin
3 Tbsp ancho chili powder
2 Tbsp dried oregano, Mexican variety if you have on hand
1 Tbsp paprika
salt and freshly ground black pepper
