INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Cube biscuits, large
3. Toss with half of the diced onions, and all of the mozzarella and pecorino cheese
4. Soak in about 2 cups of the milk, til bread has soaked up all the milk
5. Combine the other half of the diced onions, the spam, spinach, minced garlic, minced carrot and diced carrot, then sautee on stove.
6. Add seasonings to taste.
7. Saute until onions are translucent and veggies are soft, and most of moisture is driven off
8. Set aside contents of sautee pan
9. Whisk together egg yolk, whole egg, cream cheese and remaining cup of milk
10. Prep 9x13 baking dish with butter or spray
11. Add sauteed veggies into bread mixture and mix well, then spread evenly in baking dish
12. Top with egg mixture to fill and coat
13. Use a fork to ensure egg mixture gets down into bread cube mixture
14. Lightly dust top with paprika
