INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 425°F
2. Roll out Wewalka Classic Crust
3. Remove sausage meat from casing and brown. Turn off heat and let cool.
4. Brush very thin layer of olive oil on crust
5. Spread sausage crumbles on crust.
6. Place dollops of ricotta on top of sausage.
7. Spread roasted red peepers on top of sausage and ricotta.
8. Roll crust into shape of log
9. Carefully move log to rimmed baking pan
10. Brush thin layer of olive oil on top of log and sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds
11. Bake For 18-20 minutes.
