4 Lrg cloves of garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
1 (28-oz) can Italian crushed tomatoes
¼ cup fresh basil, chiffonade
1 tsp sugar

8 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
