INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove rosemary leaves from the stem.
2. Remove sage leaves from the stem.
3. Zest lemon.
4. In food processor or small food chopper, combine salt, chopped rosemary, sage, garlic and lemon zest (optional). Combine to desired texture.
5. Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spread rosemary salt mixture evenly and allow to dry for 1-2 hours.
6. Store flavored salt in airtight container or jar.
