INSTRUCTIONS
[Cake]
1. Cream sugar and oil.
2. Add pumpkin, eggs and remaining dry ingredients and mix well.
3. Grease cookie sheet and add spoonfuls.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to l2 minutes.
[Frosting]
5. Beat cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla in medium bowl with electric mixer.
6. Gradually add in powdered sugar.
7. Refrigerate at least half an hour before assembling the whoopie pies.
