INGREDIENTS
  • 48 oz cream cheese
  • 2 ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 8 each eggs
  • 3 each egg yolks
  • 30 oz pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 6 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 ½ tsp ginger
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp cloves
  • ¼ tsp salt

    • INSTRUCTIONS
  • 1. Mix all dry ingredients together
  • 2. Cream the cream cheese and sugar together. Blend well.
  • 3. Then add pumpkin. Make sure it's well incorporated.
  • 4. Then mix in zest and yogurt.
  • 5. Add in eggs and yolks. Mix until well blended into a smooth creamy mixture.
  • 6. Add in all dry ingredients
