Pizza Gain (Ricotta Meat Pie)

INGREDIENTS
1 Lb Ricotta
8 oz Mozzarella
3 Egg
To Taste Pepper
To Taste Parsley
2 ½ oz Parmesan Cheese, Grated
¼ Lb Salami
¼ Lb Prosciutto
1 Lb Italian Sausage, Removed From Casing
1 Pie Shell
1 Pie Shell, For Lattice Top
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove the sausage from the casing and brown in a frying pan.
2. Mix all ingredients together and place in pie shells (latticed).
3. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
4. If making two pies, use 1 ½ pounds of ricotta and 4 eggs.
