INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large pot on high flame, cook all bacon until browned. Remove bacon from the pan leaving the bacon fat in the pan. Add onions and garlic until fully cooked.
2. Add flour to mixture to create a roux. Slowly stir in half and half until desired texture it's reached. (You may use more or less half and half depending on your preference.)
3. Finish by adding parmesan cheese, peas, salt and pepper. Stir in well.
