INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Crush graham crackers and combine with 2 tablespoons sugar and melted margarine. Press firmly into bottom and sides of pie dish.
3. In mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese; add eggs, ¾ cup sugar and vanilla. Beat again until light and fluffy.
4. Pour filling into crust and bake until firm about 25-35 minutes.
5. Cool and serve with toppings such as: fresh strawberries, crushed pineapple, etc.
