INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
[Crust]
2. Add dry ingredients and mix
3. Add melted butter
4. Put crust mixture into pan, going up sides of pan pretty high
5. Bake crust for 8-10 minutes until top is just slightly brown.
[Filling]
6. Start with two eggs separated
7. Whip the egg whites
8. Bring cream cheese to room temperature and add sour cream. Mix well.
9. Add sugar and mix
10. Add parmesan and gently mix
11. Add lemon zest and juice
12. Add the egg yolks, and mix gently
13. Fold in the egg whites, gently
[Assembly]
14. Put filling in cooked crust. (Will only fill crust about half way)
15. Put in oven for 20-25 minutes
16. Will be done when edges are nice and brown and there is no wobble in the center of the cake.
17. Cool completely before removing sides of cheese cake pan.
