INSTRUCTIONS
[For Gravy]
1. Empty cans of crushed tomatoes into large sauce pot
2. Brown chopped meat in frying pan
3. Remove browned chopped meat to sauce pan with crushed tomatoes
4. Lightly brown garlic in same frying pan, then add onions and lightly brown them, then add carrots. Continue stirring over medium heat till carrots are just softened (a few minutes)
[For Chicken Cutlets]
5. Preheat oven to 350°F
6. Place store-prepared cutlets on tray with wire rack.
7. Heat for 10 minutes, flip the cutlets and heat 10 minutes more.
8. When cool, dice chicken into ¾ inch pieces
[Assembly]
9. Boil pasta according to box directions
10. Cool pasta slightly
11. Into baking tray, mix pasta, gravy and cheeses. Stir to thoroughly combine.
12. Top with Chicken chunks
13. Cover with more gravy and more mozzarella
