INGREDIENTS
2 ½ cup flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 tsp nutmeg
½ cup and 1 Tbsp shortening
1 cup sugar
1 to 2 eggs
½ tsp and ¼ tsp vanilla
½ cup and ¼ Tbsp milk
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Scale the ingredients into the mixing bowl. Mix at medium speed to a smooth dough.
2. Make-up: Drop dough on greased baking sheets.
3. Baking: Bake at 375F for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove cookies while warm from pan.
