INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients (except cookies) together until creamy (about 5 minutes).
2. Place vanilla wafers UPSIDE DOWN into cupcake liners in muffin/cupcake tins.
3. Spoon 1 tablespoon of batter over each cookie.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
5. Cool & top with cherry or blueberry pie filling, strawberry jam or drained crushed pineapple.
