INSTRUCTIONS
1. In large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add ground beef to pot, breaking it up into small pieces; cook until browned.
2. Add taco seasoning to the meat and onion mixture, fully combining. Add remaining chili ingredients to the pot. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes. For more spice, add cayenne pepper and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
3. Top with cheese and sour cream, if desired
