INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat crepe maker.
2. Combine flour, eggs and water for shells. Mix well and pour into a pie dish.
3. Carefully dip crepe maker into batter, lightly coating surface of crepe maker. When the crepe is fully cooked, remove from crepe maker and lay shell flat on plate.
4. Prepare all shells in this manner. You should be able to get about 32 shells from the batter. Shells that will not be used may be stored in the refrigerator or frozen for later use.
5. Heat a pot of your favorite marinara or meat sauce.
6. Ladle a small amount of sauce into bottom of rectangular baking dish. Just enough so manicotti will not stick.
7. Mix all filling ingredients.
8. Place a heaping tablespoon of filling in center of shell and roll shell into a tube.
9. Place filled manicotti tube, seam side down, in bottom of the baking dish.
10. Continue in this manner until the baking dish is full with a single layer of manicotti.
11. Ladle additional tomato sauce over all manicotti.
12. Place baking dish in 350-degree oven and bake manicotti until bubbling.
