INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine 2/3 cup of your favorite steak sauce with 1/3 cup Worcester sauce.
2. Heat sautee pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil and add the garlic, onion, rosemary sprigs and orange peel. Saute until onions are translucent.
3. Add the steak sauce and Worcester sauce to the sautee pan and stir the mix until evenly spread.
4. Optionally, add the tablespoon of chili paste.
