INGREDIENTS
12 oz Egg Noodles, Cooked
5 Eggs, Blended
½ Cup Sugar
20 oz Can Crushed Pineapple With Syrup
2 tsp Lemon Juice
½ Stick Margarine, Melted
[Topping]
¾ Cup Corn Flakes, Crushed
¼ Cup Sugar
½ tsp Cinnamon
½ Stick Margarine, Melted
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Grease 13x9 inch oven-proof dish. Mix together noodles, eggs, sugar, pineapple, lemon juice and margarine and pour into oven-proof dish. Prepare topping and cover noodle mixture with it.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour .
