INGREDIENTS
[APPLE MIXTURE]
5 Lrg Or 8 Med Apples Peeled And Sliced
5 Tbsp Sugar
3 tsp Cinnamon
[BATTER]
2 Cup Sugar
2 Cup Flour
1 Cup Oil
½ Cup Orange Juice
3 tsp Baking Powder
4 Egg
2 tsp Vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix apple mixture in medium bowl; set aside.
2. Mix batter in large bowl.
3. Alternate layers of batter and apples in pan. Start with batter and end with apple. Four layers total.
4. Bake 350 degrees for 70 minutes.
