INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place potatoes in a large bowl.
2. Drizzle with oil; toss to coat evenly.
3. Combine the garlic, parsley, rosemary, oregano, salt and pepper; sprinkle over potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
4. Transfer to an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan.
5. Bake, uncovered, at 425°F for 30 minutes.
6. Stir; bake 10-15 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
