  • 10 lbs ground pork
  • 4 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 3 tbsp fennel seed
  • 2 tbsp anise seed
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp chili peppers flakes
  • ½ cup cold water

  • 1. Combine all ingredients, mix well & stuff into hog casing.
