2 tbsp paprika
3 tbsp fennel seed
2 tbsp anise seed
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chili peppers flakes
½ cup cold water

1. Combine all ingredients, mix well & stuff into hog casing.
