INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Cream margarine and sugar
3. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk
4. Beat in egg and caraway seed
5. Mix in flour coated raisins
6. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour in greased loaf pan
7. Can also be made in muffin pans 8. bake approximately 20 minutes at 350°F
