INSTRUCTIONS
[Making Herb Basting Brushes]
1. Gather a bunch of herbs together and clip the ends to be fairly even - you can bunch several together or just use one type per bunch
2. Using the kitchen twine tie the bunch that you have gathered together onto the handle end of the wooden spoon.
3. Use to baste meats when grilling, roasting, or baking.
4. These will keep in the refrigerator for several days - especially if you mist them with water.
