INSTRUCTIONS
1. Simmer minced clams with juice and lemon juice.
2. Mix pepper, onions, garlic, oregano and parsley in food processor until fine.
3. Take above mixture and add 1 stick softened margarine and paste with clams.
4. Add 1 ¼ cups breadcrumbs and 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce and mix together.
5. Pour into pie dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
6. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
7. Serve with crackers.
