INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mash the garlic. Place a little oil in a large frying pan and fry the garlic along with the ham and the chopped onion . Cook the beans in the microwave then throw them in the frying pan. Add any desired vegetables (carrot, celery, zucchini, broccoli, etc) and the can of tomatoes. Let it cook for 4 or 5 minutes.
2. Put the macaroni in a pot of boiling water and cook until al dente. Drain the macaroni and transfer to a large bowl.
3. Add the shredded cheese and some grated cheese (don't be stingy). Stir until the cheese has melted. Add the contents from the frying pan and serve immediately or place in baking dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake for 20 minutes.
