INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add the water and potatoes to the Crock Pot Express; seal the lid.
2. Select 'Beans/ Chili' mode; cook at HIGH pressure for 10 minutes.
3. In the meantime, warm the milk and butter until heated through.
4. Once pressure cooking has completed, use a quick release.
5. Check the potatoes for doneness; drain and reserve a small amount of cooking liquid.
6. Mash your potatoes until all lumps are gone.
7. Add the warm milk mixture and mix thoroughly.
8. Now, add the sour cream, garlic, black pepper, and salt.
9. You can add the cooking liquid if needed and mix to combine well.
