INSTRUCTIONS
[Sardines]
1. From the canned sardines from Costco, drain and reserve liquid.
2. Flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
3. Fry in olive oil.
[Sauce]
4. Start the sauce in the sardine crumbles/oil by frying onions and garlic then add the reserved liquid and a healthy dose of red wine, simmer, then add puree.
