INGREDIENTS
6 Lrg vine-ripened plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped
4 scallions, white and green parts sliced thin
1 Small jalapeņo pepper, finely chopped
2 Tbsp finely chopped cilantro
juice of 1 lime
salt
black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine first 5 ingredients together and season with salt and blackpepper to taste.
2. Let stand 15 to 30 minutes before serving.
