INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 375°F
2. Prepare deep baking pan with olive oil
3. Spread out dough in pan
4. Cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for 40 minutes
5. After dough as risen spread out some more and poke many holes with fork
6. Brush on oil, garlic, rosemary, pepper
7. Top with onions and olives
8. Put baking sheet in oven for 25 minutes, or until focaccia is golden brown.
