INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pre-heat your oven to 275 °F
2. In a medium size bowl combine salt, sugar, paprika, black pepper, white pepper and chili powder, then mix well to create a rub.
3. Line a cooking tray with a sheet of Aluminum Foil twice as long as the tray.
4. Open and remove packaging from baby back ribs.
5. Pat ribs dry with a paper towel.
6. Season and rub ribs evenly on both sides.
7. Place ribs on to foil lined sheet tray with bone side down.
8. Add a ¼ cup of water to foil lined sheet tray.
9. Fold foil loosely over seasoned ribs and seal all three sides tightly creating a roasting bag.
10. Place in 275 °F oven and cook until ribs reach an internal temperature of 200 °F. (Approx. 2 11. 2.5 hours)
12. Remove ribs from oven and carefully remove foil. (CAUTION: HOT STEAM)
13. Allow ribs to rest for 15 minutes at room temperature before refrigerating or grilling.
14. When grilling; Begin with ribs bone side down on grilling surface for 4 minutes.
15. Carefully flip ribs and grill for another 4 minutes.
16. Baste ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce and caramelize for 1 minute on each side.
17. Remove ribs from grill, cut into desired portions, and enjoy.
