INGREDIENTS
6 Tbsp Margarine
¾ Cup Flour
¾ Cup Water
3 Egg
[Filling]
1 Pkg Vanilla Pudding, Instant, Fat Free, Sugar Free
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Bring margarine and water to a boil in a large saucepan.
2. Reduce heat to low and add flour to mixture.
3. Stir rapidly until flour leaves sides of pan.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Beat in 1 egg at a time and mixture will become satiny.
6. After third egg has been added, beat dough till it breaks from spoon.
7. Place by teaspoonful on ungreased sheet (about ¾ inches apart).
8. Bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees and 30 minutes more at 350 degrees.

9. Prepare vanilla pudding as directed on box for pie filling.
10. Slice off tops of shells and fill with pudding.
NOTES
This is a very good recipe for Diabetics. It is Sugar Free!
