INSTRUCTIONS
1. Drain cottage cheese in a sieve until it is dry of all liquid. In a small bowl, whisk the egg yolks.
2. In a larger bowl, combine the cottage cheese and flour, mixing thoroughly. Add the yolks and mix again.
3. Beat the egg whites until stiff, and fold gently into the cheese mixture.
4. Heat a skillet to medium and grease lightly. Drop the batter by tablespoonfuls and brown on both sides.
