INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a frying pan, sautee the garlic and pepperoni in a little bit of oil.
2. When the garlic is browned, add ½ cup of water, sliced cabbage and pepper to taste.
3. Steam the cabbage, stirring occasionally. Add water when necessary.
4. Cook until cabbage is reduced and soft.
[Variation]
5. Bacon can be substituted for pepperoni.
