INGREDIENTS
Wewalka Classic Crust
Dijon
Broccoli Florets
Onion, diced
Cheddar, shredded
Parsley
Olive oil
Sesame and/or poppy seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 425°F
2. Roll out Wewalka Classic Crust
3. Cut crowns of broccoli florets off of stems and discard stems.
4. Lightly sautee broccoli and onions. Turn off heat and let cool.
5. Brush very thin layer of dijon on crust
6. Spread broccoli and onion mixture on crust.
7. Spread shredded cheddar on top of broccoli mixture.
8. Sprinkle parsley on top of cheese.
9. Roll crust into shape of log
10. Carefully move log to rimmed baking pan
11. Brush thin layer of olive oil on top of log
12. Sprinkle sesame or poppy seeds on log
13. Bake For 18-20 minutes.
