INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium high heat.
2. Spread the avocado oil out onto the grill.
3. Once the griddle is hot, add the ground beef to the grill. Cook and break up the ground beef until it's no longer pink and broken into small pieces. Make sure to separate as much grease from the cooked ground beef while you're cooking it. Push the excess grease off the grill into the grease trap.
4. Sprinkle the top of the ground beef with the taco seasoning and salsa. Add the water to the mixture and stir to combine all the ingredients.
5. Spread the tortilla chips onto a baking sheet. Top the tortillas with the ground beef mixture and shredded cheese.
6. Place the baking sheet on the Blackstone grill, cover it and let it sit for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
7. Then top the nachos with your favorite toppings. We topped ours with diced tomato, sour cream and shredded lettuce.
8. Serve warm and enjoy!
