INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium high heat (approximately 400 °F).
2. Peel the carrots and slice the carrots into approximately ½ inch thick slices.
3. Place the carrots on the griddle. Then pour a couple of tablespoons of water on top of the c arros. Cover with a dome lid to steam the carrots.
4. Cook for approximately 2-3 minutes, then slip the carrots and cook for 3-4 more minutes until the carrots are tender.
5. Top the carrots with butter and then the brown sugar. Cook for 2 more minutes and toss to coat the carrots with the glaze mixture.
6. Remove and serve while warm. Enjoy!
