INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 °F).
2. Spread the oil out onto the grill and use a spatula to spread it out.
3. Dice the cauliflower into small florets and spread it out on the grill.
4. Season the cauliflower with the garlic powder, salt and pepper.
5. Let the cauliflower cook for 4-5 minutes until one side is browned. Flip the cauliflower and cover the cauliflower with a dome. Let the cauliflower steam under the dome for 3-4 minutes.
6. Uncover and cook for 4-5 more minutes until the other side of the cauliflower is browned.
7. Place the butter on top of the cauliflower. Let it melt and then toss the cauliflower to coat it in the melted butter. Remove the cauliflower from the grill. Serve warm and enjoy!
