INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400 °F.
2. Peel and slice thinly the apples. Set aside.
3. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
4. Put the butter in the cast iron skillet and place it in oven to melt.
5. While it's melting, mix flour, milk and eggs together to make batter.
6. Pour batter into skillet over melted butter.
7. Arrange apples on top of batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
8. Bake 20 minutes. Serve immediately from cast iron skillet.
