INSTRUCTIONS
1. Bring to boil milk, water, butter, sugar, honey and salt and remove from heat.
2. Add flour in small amounts and mix thoroughly, should pull away from sides of pan easily.
3. Mix in eggs one at a time until well blended.
4. Use a small scoop and fry until golden. If the center is still undercooked, finish in oven until fully cooked.
5. Coat with sugar and serve warm.
