INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat your griddle on low heat, aiming for around 350 degrees.
2. Take one egg roll wrapper and place it on a work surface. Spread ½ teaspoon of butter in the middle of the wrapper. Sprinkle approximately ½ teaspoon of brown sugar on top of the butter. Then add a dash of cinnamon or Cinna Dust.
3. In a small bowl, mix the water and flour well to create a paste.
4. Cut one banana in half and peel it. Place one half onto the egg roll wrapper. Fold the wrapper like an egg roll and seal it tightly.
5. Add a couple of tablespoons of cooking oil to the griddle. You're aiming for shallow frying, so you may need to add more oil occasionally. Let the oil reach the desired temperature, then add the rolls to the griddle. Roll them occasionally to ensure the wrappers are evenly fried.
6. Once the rolls turn golden brown, transfer them to a paper towel to remove excess oil.
7. Dust the spring rolls with powdered sugar and serve with your favorite ice cream.
