INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and dried rosemary.
2. Using the flour mixture completely coat all sides of roast.
3. In a hot frying pan, add butter and sear all sides of the roast.
4. In a slow cooker, mix cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix and water. Place pot roast in slow cooker and coat with soup mixture.
5. Cook on High setting for 4 hours, then on Low setting for 2 hours.
6. During the last 2 hours, add the potatoes, onions, carrots and celery.
