INSTRUCTIONS
1. Clean asparagus and cut off tough part of stalk, then parboil.
2. Cut each asparagus in half to make smaller pieces.
3. Beat the eggs and add in the breadcrumbs and asparagus.
4. Put oil in bottom of frying pan and add asparagus mixture.
5. Flatten and brown like you would an omelet.
6. When bottom is nicely browned, flip over and brown the other side.
